Certified Psychological Life Coach

I'm a multi-qualified and Award-Winning Coach, Speaker and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in Training.

I use my professional expertise through a variety of evidence-based techniques from CBT and Coaching theories, plus my lived experience of trauma, suicidal depression, social anxiety and confidence issues to help you rediscover your true self and reclaim your story.

Throughout my entire childhood, I experienced bullying at different intervals throughout my life. I was all too comfortable with the feelings of loss, judgment, comparison and rejection. By the age of 16, I had been through 3 different schools, been a victim of sexual abuse and in all honesty, I felt different to everyone else around me and so unsure of my identity. The school bathroom became my place of solace where I hid from the shame, humiliation and isolation I felt on a regular basis.

By the time I got to University, I had been diagnosed with depression and social anxiety and in my second year, I was sexually abused again. I had always been incredibly academic but by this point, my grades started to suffer and I was at breaking point. Suicidal was another feeling I grew comfortable with. As I reached out for help, I was misunderstood even more. GPs pushed me away, therapists showed a lack of understanding in my struggles and I felt I had nowhere to go.

Due to constant sexual abuse, damaging relationships, lack of identity and humiliation in my life, ultimately - I questioned my self-worth. I had nothing positive to say about myself and was at a total loss of how to move forward in my life.

Throughout the lack of understanding I faced and support from those I reached out to, it has become my deepest mission to become the coach that offers that safe, understanding space for you to thrive and move forward. Through not only my qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Coaching but also my experiences in living with trauma, anxiety and depression, I hope to help you overcome your challenges.
